For International Customers Using Our Japanese Website (Online Shop)

Please note that orders placed through our Japanese website (Japanese version of the online shop) can only be shipped within Japan. We are unable to ship orders internationally, and we appreciate your understanding.

If you are staying in Japan and wish to have your order delivered to a local address (such as a hotel), we are able to fulfill the order through the Japanese website. However, as we are committed to delivering matcha of the highest quality, we prepare each order fresh by grinding the matcha after the order is received. As a result, it typically takes about one week for the order to be processed and shipped.

To ensure that your matcha arrives on time, we kindly ask that you place your order at least one week prior to your desired delivery date, especially if it is to be delivered to a hotel or other accommodation.
