Blue sky.

Blue, so absorbed in its absolute beauty
we look up into the sky, into spellbound blue.
This name Soukyuu expresses the feeling being carried away with its deep taste, because it’s similar that the skyblue will fascinate the people in an instant.

It’s our standard Matcha, but with higher quality than the average Matcha. We always select our best way to produce our ideal tea. We use our special organic fertilizer and pick up each tea leaf carefully at the root of its stem by hands so that their taste can become less bitter but graceful and drastic thicker.
Also, the soil of our farm in Jyoyo/Kyoto is quite sandy and the tea leaves don’t have any particular influences from the mineral components of soils through their roots while growing. So the taste of tea leaves becomes cleanly mild and its color can be clearly green.

We use the tea leaves for making this Matcha product which are cultivated in one of our farms which won the the Kyoto Governor’s Prize at a tea competition.
